I just saw the video for 'Flower Child' recently on CMT, and just want to say being the proud owner of some cool old VW Buses, i can really relate to this song. I'm not sure that you check this but I figured it was my best shot to say thank you for today. I had a great time from hearing Flower Child on the side walk to the concert at the Gibson Lounge. Kathleen I know you have way more experience in the music world, but to me, no matter what you say, you sounded amazing on the sidewalk and at the microphone. Great musicians and very cool people. Hi! I just saw you play last night in Kamloops at the Sagebrush! It was awesome. Great job! I thought you had really good choices for your set: I think you started with Real Thing, and that was cool because it's like, "this isn't just a song, it the real thing - it's us up on stage!" Ending with Flower Child was good too because it was your first hit! All of the other songs you played were great too :)
It was really nice of you to stay and sign autographs. I was near the very end in the last 10 or so people and I know we at the end were probably the most thankful! You signed my picture, and you even admired your awesome shirt that I bought ? it?s really awesome that John?s wife designed it: it adds more of a personal touch to it!
Steven, Tara, and Jason were also awesome, but I was there for you three, so they were just a bonus! Everyone in Kelowna and all the other cities on this CMT tour are in for a real treat!

Just wanted to say love the cds, purchased both at the mcphillips casino there(thanks for the autos), just caught the end of your set ... and it was awesome.... and really appreciated that you had that little signing there after...really brings much more meaning to the music when you can actually meet the artist, keep up the good work... and even though that concert was Free... it was litterally priceless, and would of paid alot to here you 3 play... I saw you guys on CMT- then live at Big Valley, both mainstage and the workshop, which was excellent. I really like the new song "Quit You". you are all so talented! My Band & I watched your 'Powerfull' performance on Saturday June 14th at the Music Fest in Surrey. We were on our honeymoon in August 06 and spent a night in Kamloops. Stumbled across your live gig whilst out having a look around Kamloops. Thoroughly enjoyed the show and have never forgotten it. Wild Horse is about someone raising siblings. My oldest sister was 28 when my dad died in 1977. He left 9 kids for my Mom to care for. I think my sister could relate to that song. My mom did the best she could. I think she was in shock. She didnt want to think she would ever be left alone with all of us to care for. Cancer took him way to young. I remember my Sister stepping up where my mom couldnt. I was 7 and the youngest, my brother, was 5. My 2 oldest brothers (24 and 17 years old) took over the construction company my dad started. Anyway, I was thinking about it when John said up there that he couldnt imagine being left alone without parents like that. Hey, saw - heard - you guys at John Lawson Park, WV Aug. 12th. Great catchy melodies and harmonies, and beautiful lyrics. Dan Fogelberg, Gordon LIghtfoot, James Keelaghan (to name a few of my favourites) have all been around for years and they craft beautiful songs as if they were meant to be. You guys seem to be able to do the same thing. Love your "gospel a cappella" sound. Would love to hear John's voice "soar" above the girls on some of those harmonies - if he can get that high.
