"Eileen is one of the most energetic and organized people I know. She really knows how to get you to work. Eileen and I have been really good friends ever since we started singing together. She’s the kind of person that can get along with anyone (hence getting along with me). If you really want to know something crazy about Eileen, I would recommend you going up to her and asking her to show you her tooth trick. . . You’ll be freaked out. Eileen and I share a common love for candy (specifically “Cherry Blasters”) I love her to death."

In John's words:
"Eileen's a dear. Almost an exact copy of our mother, she finds time to manage 80% of what goes on within the group while working her many irons-in-the-fire. She's got more attitude on stage than anyone else I know, and it comes through in her voice. She's the glue that holds us together (even when we're at each other's throats). She learned mandolin in a blistering 6 months!"
